Qigong (chi kung) translates as "internal energy cultivation" and promotes health and well-being through slow, gentle, relaxed movement that anyone can do. As we cultivate our internal life force, our natural vitality and healing energy helps balance our Body, Mind and Spirit. Qi is the most profound medicine available to us and is always available to us. Through the practice of Qigong, our Qi moves and flows, which helps our body to move, work and play with ease and grace.
